Subscription and Recurring Payment Policy

Wright Positive, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may offer subscription-based products, memberships, recurring access programs, digital communities, or other services billed on a recurring basis (collectively, the “Subscription Services”). This Subscription and Recurring Payment Policy governs all recurring billing arrangements offered through WrightPositive.com (the “Site”).
By enrolling in any subscription, membership, recurring access program, or installment-based recurring offering, you authorize Wright Positive, LLC to automatically charge the payment method provided at the rate and frequency disclosed at the time of enrollment, whether monthly, quarterly, annually, or otherwise as presented during checkout.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Because access to subscription services, digital communities, membership content, or recurring resources may be granted immediately upon payment, fees are considered earned when charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, the designated cancellation method provided through the Site, or by written request to contact@wrightpositive.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid the next charge.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but will not retroactively refund charges already processed, and access will continue through the end of the current paid billing cycle.
If a subscription fee changes, Wright Positive, LLC will provide reasonable advance notice before the updated pricing takes effect, and you will have the opportunity to cancel prior to the new rate being charged.
Wright Positive, LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Subscription Services in cases of failed payment, chargeback, suspected fraud, misuse of services, violation of Company policies, or other business necessity. No refunds will be issued for suspensions or terminations arising from these circumstances.
Installment payment arrangements for programs, memberships, or recurring offers remain binding financial commitments. Cancellation of access does not eliminate the obligation to complete agreed payment installments unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
This policy is intended to comply with applicable recurring billing and automatic renewal laws, including California’s Automatic Renewal Law and other applicable consumer protection regulations.
By enrolling in any recurring billing program offered by Wright Positive, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Subscription and Recurring Payment Policy.
