Refund Policy

Wright Positive, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital products and services exclusively through online delivery via WrightPositive.com (the “Site”). By completing a purchase from our Site, you acknowledge and agree that all such products are digital in nature, delivered electronically, and cannot be returned once access has been granted. Because access to digital content is immediate and irrevocable, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once a product has been delivered, downloaded, or made accessible to you.
We endeavor to provide accurate descriptions of our products and services and to ensure proper functionality of our delivery systems. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, you must notify us promptly so that we may assist in restoring access. While we will make every reasonable effort to correct any technical errors, such issues do not constitute grounds for a refund, as the underlying product remains delivered.
This policy is consistent with U.S. federal law and the consumer protection requirements of the State of California, provided that it is disclosed to the customer prior to or at the point of sale, which it is hereby. By purchasing our digital products, you expressly acknowledge that you are receiving a license to access content in a format that cannot be returned. You further acknowledge that Wright Positive, LLC has satisfied its obligations by providing you with immediate access upon purchase.
If you reside outside of the United States, including within the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that although certain jurisdictions provide a statutory right of withdrawal for digital goods, such rights are expressly waived upon delivery of digital content where the consumer consents to immediate access. By purchasing our digital products, you consent to immediate access to the content and expressly waive any statutory right of cancellation or withdrawal.
Nothing in this Refund Policy shall be interpreted to exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. However, by completing your purchase, you affirm that you are understanding that the sale is final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.
